Leader In Me Personal Mission Statement
My mission as a teacher is to ensure my students know that they are loved and are capable of learning. I want to push my students to be the best versions of themselves. Inside of my classroom, I will help my students believe in themselves so that they are confident to take on the challenges that may come their way through the learning process. I will push my students to take ownership and to set an example as leaders throughout our school.

We are the 5th grade tigers of Mrs. Swanson's class. We are leaders. In this class we lead by example. We use love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. This is our community mission.
