Leader In Me Personal Mission Statement:
My mission as an early childhood educator is to create an opportunity for EVERY student to be successful in my classroom. I believe that students should be uplifted and encouraged while learning in order to achieve their full potential. Because of this, I will create a comfortable space where students feel safe to try and are allowed to make mistakes. They will be encouraged to do their best and I will emphasize that that is enough.
